Wow Chow is wonderful blend of green tomatoes, onions & peppers to be used as a garnish with your favorite foods.  Use your imagination it goes great with everything!  Simply add it to your white beans, pinto beans, black-eyed peas and greens.  Also is great to blend into cornbread batter, or just to jazz up your hot dogs or bratwurst, potato salad and deviled eggs.  If your feeling adventurous add it to your ground beef and patty to make a Wow Chow burger.
