Master Que Steak, Burger & Brisket Sugar Free Seasoning & Rub

"When only the best will do!"

This is an excellent seasoning & rub for steaks, burgers, meatloaf, beef brisket or roast. For best results sprinkle liberally on meat several hours before cooking. This will allow the seasoning to seep into the meat. Since it's sugar-free it is great for grilling directly over hot coals. For steaks we recommend searing 2 minutes each side over high heat then reduce heat and cook until doneness. Let meat sit 10 minutes before cutting to retain juices.
